- Do not remove or uproot any of the plants in the flower beds
- Follow all security rules which have been established for the safety of all visitors and staff
- The following prohibitions apply: smoking, chewing tobacco or intake of any intoxicating or alcoholic substances including caffeine. Please strictly refrain from any of these habits whilst on the premises.
- Eating or drinking any items purchased from outside the campus is strictly prohibited. A large variety of Food and Drink items are on sale at “Dharmadev Uphaar” – Refreshment Unit
- The Saint’s Monastery “Samarpan” is situated on the grounds and as such certain areas are restricted to male visitors only. These restrictions must be respected and female visitors must not enter these prohibited zones.
- The management reserves the right to refuse entry to any individual whose behaviour is deemed improper or derogatory to the rules and standards defined by the organisation

- All mobiles must be switched off prior to entering the Prarthna Hall (prayer hall)
- All shoes and slippers must be removed and placed in the designated area in an orderly manner before entering the prayer hall
- Please refrain from making any uneccesary noise or causing nuisance on the campus grounds. The campus is a place of peace and tranquility and this must be respected at all times. Any contradictory behaviour such as shouting is strictly prohibited.
- Male and Females have been designated separate sections in the Prayer Hall. The entrance and exit points for these segregated areas are also separate. Please ensure that you enter and leave accordingly.
- The shrine is enclosed behind a glass wall. You are strictly prohibited from touching the glass.

- The SMVS organization is dedicated to ensuring a safe and secure environment for all it’s visitors
- Security officers are positioned at various points to ensure your safety according to the prescribed rules and regulations of the organisation
- You are responsible for the safety of your own possessions and valuables at all times. Should you wish to be free of your bags, coats and possessions, a cloakroom facility is provided on the campus.
- It is your responsibility to follow the appropriate safety precautions on the rides and entertainment provided in the “Sahajanand Park”

- The main 3 door gateway of Swaminarayan Dham has been built of the famous yellow stone found in Porbander
- “Dharmadev Uphaar” – delicacy prepared to the highest spiritual standards of purity, as prescribed by Lord Swaminarayan are available for purchase from this campus food stall
- Swaminarayan Book Stall and General Store - offers DVDs, VCDs and Audio CDs of discourses & Cultural Programs, Books, Puja Sets & paraphernalia, and all other official publications of the organization. Other essential items are available for purchase from the general store section
- An excursion Park with amusements and rides can be enjoyed at the “Sahajanand Park”
- Vast gardens blooming with flowers and plants create a natural and serene atmosphere to be enjoyed by all

Campus Timings and other information |

- Temple worship times are; Mornings – 6.00am to 12.00pm and Evenings – 4.00pm to 8.00pm
- Exhibition opening times are: 4.00pm to 7.30pm
- Exhibition ticket prices: Under 12 - Rs5.00 and over 12 and adults – Rs10.00
- Sahajanand Park opening times are: Evening 4.00pm – 7.00pm
- Dharmadev Uphaar (Food stall) opening times are: Mornings 8.00am to 12.00pm and Evenings 4.00pm to 8.00pm
- Swaminarayan Book Stall and General Stores opening times: Mornings - 9.00am to 12.00pm and Evenings - 4.00pm to 8.30pm
- Parents of all Gurukul Boarding Students are able to visit their children on the first Saturday of each month
- 5.00pm to 7.00pm is the designated time-slot for any personal meetings with the Saints. Please do not insist on meeting times outside of these hours.
